Looking forward to acquire Assel's services again in the future. She was able to review and file and an amendment on two previous years' of returns, two different states to include a rental property, and file current year return in a span of less than 1 week. Price is reasonable for a little over $2,500. She saved me a tremendous amount of time and brought me much needed peace of mind that my returns were filed correctly. They took on a complex situation involving investment accounts, IRA transactions, and multiple amended returns and handled everything professionally from start to finish. They prepared and filed multiple amended returns, corrected prior errors, and got everything back on track. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and they made sure I understood what was being fixed and why. The result speaks for itself. Not only were the issues resolved correctly, but everything is now set up properly going forward. If you have anything beyond a basic tax return, especially involving investments or retirement accounts, I would strongly recommend working with them. We contacted Ms. Assel Ibrayeva, CPA, of AI Tax Consulting PLLC, who listened to us and gave us solid advice. Jin P.23 March 2024I had lots of life changes in 2023 to include moving internationally, selling assets, and making significantly large purchases. I found Assel late in the season, but she kindly took me on as a client despite her busy schedule and informed me that it might take a few weeks while she's handling other clients, but she would get mine done. I was expecting to wait a few weeks, but within a few days of submitting all my documents, she had informed me she was starting mine and had it done in days. She asked me lots of detailed questions and asked for related documents to maximize my return and this is the most I've gotten back in almost a decade. She runs a fully digital service which I was a bit hesitant about, but it's extremely user friendly and she is quick to respond to all messages and questions. She's also available to talk to on the phone, which she did for me when I had questions. I did my due diligence and verified her CPA license and even reached out to other customers who had left her reviews on Google and they had nothing but good things to say about her and now that I've worked with her, I agree completely. I arrived at our appointment carrying W2 issued tax forms, a folder of receipts and 2 separate sets of bank statements. Assel started at the beginning and methodically worked her way through my information, first creating a P&L sheet then transferring data to my Schedule C. Working non stop throughout the afternoon she prepared the best tax return money can buy and found me my maximum refund. I can't say enough about her patience, detail and dedication. I recommend her to everyone from established business owners to individuals trying to find the best tax service possible. I had to find an experienced tax preparer on a short notice who can file backtaxes and do amended return. I contacted AI and was able to make appointment quicky. Assel reviewed everything diligently and went over all the deductions, explained tax laws to help me understand why certain credits and deductions applied to my situation.
